Flexible Lot Sizes & Multi-Alloy Capability

Our extrusion facility processes titanium alloys through dedicated die sets with glass-lubricated tooling — delivering near-net profiles that minimize downstream machining requirements and material waste.

  • Small-to-medium production runs (500-5,000 kg per order) with flexible alloy changeover
  • Titanium Grade 2, Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V), and Grade 9 (Ti-3Al-2.5V) — the most commonly extruded titanium alloys
  • Surface finish as-extruded: Ra 1.6-3.2 µm (with glass lubrication) — suitable for direct use or minimal post-processing
  • Full NDT capability: ultrasonic (UT), dye-penetrant (PT), and dimensional inspection for certification packages
