Aerospace-grade 5-axis CNC machining of Grade 2 and Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) titanium for boutique fixture hardware, internal hanger skeletons, concealed structural connectors and premium fashion & leather-goods hardware — machined from your 3D CAD with a 1-piece prototype MOQ.
Boutique fixtures and premium fashion hardware live in customer contact zones for years. They are judged on finish permanence, joint stiffness and skin comfort — not on unit price at the die-cast shop. Aerospace-grade titanium changes the engineering case, not just the colour.
Comparison of aerospace-grade titanium against conventional die-cast and electroplated hardware for boutique fixtures and premium fashion components
Engineering Property
BOZE Aerospace Titanium (Grade 2 / Grade 5)
Die-Cast & Electroplated Hardware
Strength-to-weight
Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) reaches aerospace strength at roughly 45% less weight than steel — slim concealed joints keep their stiffness without sagging under load.
Dense cast alloys sag on slim joints and load the fixture frame with unnecessary dead weight.
Surface colour integrity
Type II anodizing grows an oxide INTO the surface. Colour is part of the material — it does not flake, peel or wear off under handling or store lighting.
Electroplated coatings sit ON the surface and wear, tarnish or rub through at contact points.
Skin contact safety
Titanium is bio-inert and nickel-free — safe for skin-contact trims, bag hardware and wearable components without allergen concerns.
Base-metal plating systems can release trace nickel at skin-contact wear points.
Tooling & design freedom
5-axis CNC cuts directly from your 3D CAD. Complex organic geometry, sharp bevels and internal cavities need no die-cast tooling.
Requires dedicated die-cast tooling — high setup cost and 1,000-piece minimum runs.
Prototype economics
Prototype MOQ is 1 piece, so a design can be evaluated physically before a production commitment is made.
Tooling must be funded before a single part can be sampled.
Boutique Fixture Hardware
Concealed Structural Connectors, Machined to Disappear
The joint is what decides whether a boutique installation looks effortless. Ours are 5-axis machined from Grade 5 titanium so the hardware disappears and the fixture reads as one continuous form.
Modular joints, extension pins and locking interfaces for concealed assembly
Tolerances held to ±0.005 mm so repeated joints stay interchangeable across a global rollout
Ultra-light hanger skeletons that hold a couture silhouette without visible structure
Bespoke Structural Components for Boutique Fixtures
We supply the concealed precision metal layer behind a fixture — the joints, skeletons and fittings that determine whether a boutique installation looks effortless and survives years of daily merchandising. Supplied to luxury retail architects, store fixture contractors and visual merchandising teams.
Internal Titanium Skeletons for Bespoke Hangers
Ultra-light internal backbones machined to hold a couture silhouette without visible structure. Grade 2 commercially pure titanium gives a satin, non-reactive hand-feel that will not discolour the garment it carries.
Minimalist Structural Connectors for Boutique Racks
5-axis machined modular joints, extension pins and locking interfaces for seamless concealed assembly. Designed so the joint disappears and the fixture reads as a single continuous form.
Concealed Display Fittings & Mounting Hardware
Hidden brackets, shelf interfaces and wall-mount nodes engineered to distribute load into the fixture frame instead of the panel face, keeping slim designs visually clean.
Serialised Brand Plaques & Numbering Hardware
Store-number and collection-series identifiers machined with consistent edge geometry across every boutique, so a global rollout reads as one specification.
Fashion & Leather Goods
Bespoke Titanium Hardware, Machined at True Scale
Buckles, D-rings, clasps and micro-machined locks are small parts held to tight tolerance — the difference between a flap that sits flat and one that sags. We machine them to scale, not to approximation.
Micro-machined locks and clasps that prevent flap sag and misalignment
Nickel-free, bio-inert titanium for hardware worn against skin
Prototype MOQ of 1 piece, so a capsule or collab run can be evaluated in real product
Bespoke Titanium Hardware for Fashion & Leather Goods
Architectural-scale hardware machined for atelier designers, luxury bag makers and couture lines — architectural in precision, minimal in appearance, and built to be handled every day.
Structural Trims for Avant-Garde Garments
Custom buckles, heavy-duty eyelets and geometric trims machined from titanium with sharp, repeatable bevels that stay dimensionally true across production runs.
Premium Hardware for Luxury Leather Goods
Micro-machined locks, D-rings, solid clasps and protective studs for handbags and footwear. Small features at true scale — the tolerance work that prevents flap sag and clasp misalignment.
Skin-Contact Wearable Components
Nickel-free, bio-inert titanium for hardware worn against skin — no allergen concern, no coating to abrade, and no discoloration over years of wear.
Limited-Edition & Designer Collab Runs
Low-volume production from a single-piece prototype, so a capsule or a designer collaboration can be evaluated in real product before scaling.
Surface Finishing for Visible Boutique Hardware
Visible titanium hardware is finished to a specification, not a default. Type II anodizing produces a permanent oxide colour with no flake risk, and brushed or polished finishing controls the hand-feel of a customer-contact part. Full finishing capability, process parameters and tolerances are documented on our surface treatment page.
Type II anodizing grows an oxide layer into the titanium rather than depositing a coating on top of it. For visible boutique hardware that means the colour cannot flake, peel or rub off under years of daily handling.
Permanent oxide colour — no flaking or peeling over the product lifetime
Controlled oxide thickness for batch-to-batch colour consistency
Brushed or polished finishing to set the hand-feel of customer-contact parts
Everything a Luxury Hardware & Retail Displays engineering buyer needs to evaluate us in one place: materials, components, manufacturing capability, and quality compliance.
Why Titanium for Luxury Hardware & Retail Displays
Strength-to-weight ratio — Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) delivers aerospace strength at roughly 45% less weight than steel, keeping slim concealed joints stiff without loading the fixture frame.
Permanent surface colour — Type II anodizing integrates colour into the oxide layer, so visible hardware keeps its finish under years of daily handling and store lighting.
Skin-contact safety — titanium is bio-inert and nickel-free, making it suitable for wearable hardware and trims in direct skin contact.
Corrosion resistance — the passive oxide layer protects the surface indefinitely in store environments, with no tarnish or oxidation to re-finish.
