  • Polished titanium components are first enclosed in ultra-clean low-friction films (PE micro-perforated slip film, µ_k < 0.15) or medical-grade non-woven spunbond polyester sheets (50 g/m², pH neutral)
  • Primary low-friction layer bleeds off tangential sliding stress (coefficient of friction < 0.2) preventing metal-to-foam abrasion during shock events
