Precision (±0.05 �?0.01 mm): Achieved with careful toolpath planning and stable fixturing. Suitable for most aerospace and medical components.
Ultra-Precision (±0.005 mm): Our highest capability tier. Requires temperature-controlled environment, specialized tooling, and 100% CMM inspection. Cpk �?1.67 on all critical features.
Verification: All critical dimensions are verified with Zeiss CMM equipment. Full dimensional reports available with every shipment.
