About This Integrated Workflow
Material Selection (Steps 1-3): Analyze the working environment — temperature, corrosive media, and loading conditions. The system recommends the optimal titanium alloy from 8 grades across CP, alpha-beta, and corrosion-resistant families.
Form Selection (Steps 4-6): Based on your part geometry — shaft, housing, tube, complex 3D, or flat profile — the tool suggests the most cost-effective raw material form with proper machining allowance.
Evaluation (Steps 7-9): Machinability assessment, material cost estimation, and supply chain lead time check. Final output is a complete procurement specification ready for PO issuance.
